Standing up for the places that make the walking worth it.
You cannot defend a hillside you have never counted.
Wild Lebanon is the longest-horizon thing on this page and the least developed. The plan is unglamorous and deliberately so: walk the same routes on a schedule, record what is there, and build a record solid enough to be worth citing when a slope is threatened.
Early survey work on a ridge we walk most months.
Objectives
Record what lives along the routes we walk, season by season
Support existing reserves rather than duplicating them
Campaign against quarrying and dumping on protected slopes
Partners
